I believe that you already have within you the strength and the wisdom to continue to learn and to progress and to create the peace and the hope that you desire and deserve. And I am here to help you discover your way.

I have a passion for working with individuals who have experienced trauma, loss, and/or abuse. I have been trained in Child-Centered Play Therapy, Sand Tray Therapy, Expressive Art Therapy, and TF-CBT (Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy).
